Common Information

To have Bulletin Board utility you need to check the corresponding checkbox in your site profile.

To enter your BBS you need to click on the Bulletin Board icon on your site page(s).

Posting Messages

To post a new message, click on the "Post New Message" link.
A new window will be rised up. Fill in the fields and click "Preview Message" to see how the message will look, or "Post Message" to post it without preview.

Set Preferences

To set preferences, click "Set Preferences" link.
Here you can define how the messages in your BBS are listed.


• Which period to list.
• Listing style (i.e. Cronological, etc)
Choose the style and period you like and click "View Index" button.

Searching

To search, click on the "Search" link.
You can search either for messages containing a certain keyword or keywords, or for messages posted by a specific individual. (All searches are based on partial-string matches and are case-insensitive.)
Provide your search conditions and click "Search Messages" button.
